Lauren Brock

Lauren's academic journey began at East Carolina University, where she earned her

Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Minor in History in 2007. Little did she

know that her path would lead her into the dynamic world of insurance and finance,

where she has thrived for over 13 years.

Her career kickstarted in the financial services industry in 2012 at a prominent

Insurance Marketing Organization. Lauren played a pivotal role in supporting a team

that included a Senior Vice President and two additional Vice Presidents focused on Life

and Annuity sales. Her responsibilities extended to facilitating the day-to-day

operations, collaborating with financial advisors with case design, and providing crucial

support to their administrative staff.

Eager for new challenges, Lauren transitioned to a startup role, where she took on the

responsibility of supporting financial advisors once again. Her impact was significant,

contributing to the growth of the team from four account executives to a team of twelve.

As of February 2024, Lauren joined the Belmont Capital team as Director of Operations.

Lauren is not only in charge of day-to-day operations but plays a key role in

implementing efficient processes across all departments. Her dedication to streamlining

operations has contributed to the company's success, making her an invaluable asset to

the team. Her journey reflects a commitment to continuous growth and a passion for

making a positive impact in the financial sector.

Outside of her time spent at Belmont Capital, Lauren finds joy in quality moments with

her family, attending concerts, participating in local events, and actively engaging in

philanthropic endeavors to support her community. Lauren calls Mooresville home,

where she resides with her husband Matt and their children, Sadie, and Hayes.
